Harbor Lane Events: Privacy Policy Last updated: 8 November 2026 1. Who is responsible Harbor Lane Events K.K. (the "organiser") decides how your information is used on this site. Contact details are on the Terms page. 2. What we collect - Booking details: name, email address, phone number if asked, ticket type and quantity. - Payment details: handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status and the last four digits of the card, not the full number. - Account details: email, a password stored only as a hash, and two-step sign-in settings if you turn them on. - Check-in data: the time your ticket was scanned at the door. - Technical data: IP address, browser type and security logs, used to protect the site. - Mailing list choice: whether you agreed to hear about future events. This is a separate choice from buying a ticket. 3. Why we use it - To sell and deliver tickets and manage entry. - To send order emails, reminders and changes about your event. - To prevent fraud, bots and abuse. - To meet tax and accounting obligations. - To send news about future events, only if you opted in. You can opt out in any email. 4. Who receives it - Stripe: card payments. - Cloudflare Turnstile: a bot check shown at checkout for high-demand events. - Email service provider: to send your tickets and messages. - Hosting provider: to run the site. - Event partners: only if the event page tells you so before you book. - Authorities: when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information. 5. Transfers abroad Some providers process data outside Japan. We use providers that protect data to a standard comparable with Japanese law (the APPI), or we ask for your consent where the law requires it. 6. How long we keep it - Booking and payment records: 7 years, for tax and accounting. - Check-in records: 12 months after the event. - Security logs: 90 days. - Mailing list details: until you opt out. 7. Cookies We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to hold your basket, and a security cookie for forms. We use no advertising cookies. Cookies are marked Secure on https. 8. Your rights You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, and to stop its use for marketing. Write to privacy@harborlane-demo.example. We answer within 30 days. We may need to keep some records for legal reasons. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. In Japan you can contact the Personal Information Protection Commission. 9. Security Sign-in supports two-step verification. Forms use single-use tokens. Access to guest data is limited by staff role. No online service is risk free, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects you. 10. Children Tickets for events with age limits follow the organiser's rules. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without a parent or guardian. 11.
